Emma Paunia

Emma Paunia has significant experience in operations management within the banking and customer service sectors, currently serving as Operativ Chef for Telefonbanken and Gemensam Kundservice at Länsförsäkringar since September 2022. Prior to this role, Emma held multiple positions at CarTrawler from January 2019 to September 2022, including Head of Operations Support and Operations Support Manager, alongside experience as a Training Executive. Emma's earlier role at Dalakraft as a Säljare in 2015 further contributed to a diverse skill set in operations and sales. Emma completed education at Malung-Sälens Gymnasieskola from August 2010 to June 2013.
