Lisa Korajczyk

Lisa Korajczyk is an experienced library professional currently serving as the Director of Lansing Public Library since October 2021. Previously, Lisa held the position of Assistant Library Director and Public Services Coordinator at Matteson Public Library from October 2014 to October 2021, where responsibilities included managing adult services and coordinating outreach. Lisa also worked as the Director at Steger-South Chicago Heights Public Library from February 2008 to October 2014, leading initiatives to enhance customer service despite budget constraints. Earlier in career, Lisa served as the Assistant Director at Richton Park Public Library District from March 2002 to 2008, where skills in grant writing and community partnerships were developed. Lisa holds a Master of Library Science degree from Dominican University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Purdue University Northwest.
