Rich MacLean

Rich MacLean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and facilities management within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering & Facilities at Lantheus Medical Imaging since March 2019, Rich oversees engineering capabilities across multiple locations, including Billerica, MA, and Somerset, NJ. Previously, Rich held various leadership positions at Biogen from March 2006 to March 2019, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Operations Analytics, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing performance analytics and supply chain project management. Rich's career began at Millipore Corp., where as Engineering Manager, oversight of engineering teams focused on custom filtration and chromatography systems took place. Rich holds an MBA from Duke University and bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and Chemistry from the College of the Holy Cross.
