Darius Tirla

Darius Tirla has a wealth of experience in various managerial roles within the manufacturing industry. Darius started their career at European Drinks in 2003, where they led the establishment of a microbiology laboratory for a brewery. Darius then joined Kraft Foods Group as the Head of the Microbiology laboratory and Environmental specialist, overseeing GMP practices and quality management systems. Darius then worked at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, first as a Line Supervisor and later as a Technical Training and Lean Manufacturing Coordinator, where they developed training programs and coordinated production activities. Darius then transitioned to roles as a Production Manager at Intersnack Romania and a Plant Manager at RapConfectionary, overseeing plant operations and budgets. Most recently, Darius worked at The HEINEKEN Company, initially as a Brewing&Utilities Manager and later as a Plant Manager, responsible for directing all operations and developing brewery strategies. Darius is currently the Operations Director at Lantmännen Unibake.

Darius TIRLA obtained an Engineer's Degree in Plant Genetics Engineering from Universitatea de Științe Agricole și Medicină Veterinară a Banatului din Timișoara. In 2017, they also obtained a certification in "Having Difficult Conversations" from LinkedIn.
