Mariusz Koperek

Mariusz Koperek has held various finance leadership roles throughout their career. Mariusz is currently serving as the Finance Director for Poland at Lantmännen Unibake. Prior to this, they worked as the Finance Director for Poland at Prinzhorn Group - Dunapack Packaging and as the Finance Director for Poland and CEE at Oerlemans Foods Nederland B.V. Mariusz also has experience as the Finance Director at HEINEKEN Romania SA, where they led successful global pilot projects and developed lean six sigma continuous process improvement practices. Additionally, they served as the CEE Regional Business Controller at HEINEKEN C&EE Management GmbH, overseeing financial performance in Central and Eastern Europe. Mariusz began their career as a Finance Manager at Dinal LLP, a HEINEKEN subsidiary in Kazakhstan, and also worked as a Senior Financial Controller at Grupa Żywiec S.A. and a Junior Marketing Controller at Johnson & Johnson. Throughout their career, Mariusz has gained experience in financial management, strategy formulation, M&A, and process improvement.

Mariusz Koperek earned a Master's Degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 1994 to 2001. Mariusz also obtained the certifications of Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from CIMA in 2009.
