Oscar Gutierrez

Oscar Gutierrez is an experienced Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer at Largo Concrete, Inc., with a tenure beginning in February 2015. In this role, Oscar Gutierrez ensures effective coordination of specialized resource teams and serves as the primary liaison between owners, general contractors, and project teams. Prior to this position, Oscar Gutierrez contributed to structural research at California State University, Fullerton, focusing on the application of recycled materials in reinforced concrete slabs.
