Aiden Skye Pichette is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager at Lark Hotels since April 2022, with responsibilities in food and beverage, guest relations, housekeeping, and event coordination. Previously, Aiden held roles as General Manager at El Gato Cantina and Outlet Manager at Top Notch Resort, where responsibilities included overseeing restaurant operations and enhancing wine and beverage programs. Aiden's background includes supervisory experience at The Essex, Vermont's Culinary Resort & Spa, and front desk responsibilities at Hilton Garden Inn Burlington Downtown, along with serving as Head Waitress at Q Burke Mountain Resort. Aiden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Journalism Arts from Lyndon State College.

We are now moving into other iconic locations across the United States. By leveraging the success of our existing collection of design driven boutique properties in iconic locations we will replicate this model consistently, but with a nod to each property’s individuality. Central to Lark’s success as managers and developers is our core team of hospitality, design and marketing veterans. With experience working with properties from 9-99 rooms, our team has worked together on many significant inn, hotel and resort projects throughout the United States.
