Rina Srivastava is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning strategic roles across various industries. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager for the Leadership Development Initiative at Larsen & Toubro since June 2023, Rina previously held significant positions at Mahindra Susten as Lead Learning & OD, focusing on Diversity & Talent Management, and at Tata Motors as Senior Manager in Human Resources overseeing Learning & Development and Employer Branding. Rina's career began as a Management Trainee at Kuehne + Nagel and includes roles at General Mills, Mafoi Management Consultants, and Technocraft Industries. Rina holds an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Organization Development & Change from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and an MBA in Human Resources from IIMM, Pune. Rina's educational foundation also includes a B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University.
