Ivo Manders

Ivo Manders is a seasoned legal and corporate strategist with extensive experience in managing international corporations and family-owned groups. Currently a Partner at STATUA Corporate Counsels since 2010, Ivo specializes in corporate strategy, M&A, legal affairs, and financial oversight. Additionally, Ivo has held various significant roles, including commissaris at Lasaulec BV and Ravas Europe BV, and board member at Kroymans Corporation, a prominent automotive group in Europe. Previously, Ivo served as Company Secretary & General Counsel at Hagemeyer N.V., contributing to its aggressive acquisition strategy. Ivo began the career as a barrister at Derks & Partners and has experience in legal counsel and management consulting. Ivo holds a Civil Law degree with a major from Utrecht University.
