Mariel T. is an Information Security Analyst at Laserfiche since June 2019, specializing in updating and maintaining security policies, managing compliance audits, conducting access and configuration reviews, and investigating potential security incidents. Mariel has also played a pivotal role in educating over 350 users on security awareness and implementing security improvement projects. Prior experience includes an IT Security & Compliance Intern position at Laserfiche, a Technology Intern role at Xerox focusing on supply chain tools development, and a Web Development Intern position at Wonder Women Tech Foundation. Mariel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach and graduated from Long Beach Polytechnic High School. Additionally, Mariel participated in the Girls Who Code program in 2015.
