Bob Pike

Bob Pike is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product design and development, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Lasko Products since January 2020. As the Founder of Ducit Design, Bob has provided comprehensive engineering services to the consumer products sector, including mechanical design and product risk analysis. Previous roles include Senior Engineering Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, where Bob oversaw the development of various tools, and Engineering Manager positions at Dorel Juvenile and 4moms, focusing on staffing solutions and risk management training. Bob has a solid foundation in engineering from previous roles at Newell Brands, Graco Children's Products, and internships at Pizzagalli Construction, New York Power Authority, and Parker Aerospace. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
