Lee Penzarella

Lee Penzarella is currently the Vice President of Client Success at Lasso MD, a role assumed in January 2024, after serving as Senior Director of Client Success. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at EverQuote from November 2017 to October 2023, where Lee advanced through various positions including Director of Customer Success, leading a team of 16 and managing over $70M in annual recurring revenue. Lee's strategic leadership facilitated the growth of EverQuote's most profitable department and enhanced client relations across numerous high-profile insurance agencies. Previous roles include positions at Criteo as an Associate Account Executive, as well as management and event planning roles in various organizations. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
