Will Gordon

Will Gordon has worked in the tech industry for over 10 years. In 2016, they became the Cofounder and COO of Latchel, a Y Combinator backed startup that provides a 24/7 virtual maintenance department for property managers. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon from 2013-2016, where they held various roles including Sr. Manager, Program Management, Sr. Product Manager, and Sr. Program Manager. From 2009-2013, they worked at Pacific Gas and Electric Company as an IT Business Operations Analyst and Associate Operations Engineer.

Will Gordon completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 2009. Will then obtained a Master Certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova University in 2011. In 2012, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Supply Chain Management from the Malaysia Institute for Supply Chain Innovation. In 2013, they also completed a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, they hold a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
