Oliver Gloe is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leading financial operations across various multinational companies. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Latham, The Pool Company, Oliver brings nearly 65 years of industry expertise to the largest designer and manufacturer of in-ground residential swimming pools in North America, Australia, and New Zealand. Previous roles include CFO for Fortune Brands Home & Security and Stanley Black & Decker, where Oliver focused on driving growth in the home, security, and tools markets. Oliver's tenure at Goodyear saw multiple leadership positions, including CFO of Americas and Asia Pacific, and key board memberships in associated companies. With an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's in Finance from EU Business School, Oliver demonstrates a strong foundation in global business strategies.
