Leonardo Bacherer

Leonardo Bacherer is a seasoned financial and management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Partner, Managing Director, and Senior Investment Officer at Enfoca since 2015, Leonardo is also a board member for multiple organizations, including Auna, UCAL, Instituto Toulouse Lautrec, CERTUS, and Latina. Previous notable positions include CEO and CFO at Maestro Perú S.A. from 2010 to 2014 and 2007 to 2009, respectively, and Financial Planning Manager at Ripley Perú from 2005 to 2007. Leonardo holds a Master of Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management and has completed various executive programs at prestigious institutions such as The Wharton School and Harvard Business School.
