Thivakhar S. has extensive experience in project and release management, currently serving as the Release & Platform Insights Lead at Latitude Financial Services since January 2017, after progressing through various roles, including Project & Release Manager and Program Management Specialist. In 2023, Thivakhar transitioned to Synechron as a Technology Manager following the acquisition of Attra, where a tenure from March 2014 to December 2022 included roles as an IT Consultant and Business Analyst Intern. Earlier experience includes freelance web development at ThirdShy from February 2009 to February 2013. Thivakhar holds a Master of Information Technology with a focus on Project Management and a Bachelor of Information & Communication Technology with a specialization in Business Systems from Swinburne University of Technology, along with a Higher National Diploma in Software Development from IDM Affiliated University College and a High School diploma in Mathematics from Hindu College, Colombo.
