Daniel D. David

Daniel D. David, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit at Lattice Semiconductor since July 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel held significant positions at NI (National Instruments) from July 2018 to March 2023, including Director of Corporate Accounting and Mergers & Acquisitions, where responsibilities encompassed expanding corporate accounting expertise and overseeing M&A accounting. Daniel also previously served as Vice President, Audit and Chief Audit Executive at Acelity from February 2014 to September 2017, advising on emerging risks and leading diverse audit teams. Additionally, a lengthy tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers from March 1998 to January 2014 included roles as Director in Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services and Senior Manager in Audit and Assurance Services, focusing on providing best practice advice during significant corporate changes. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
