Jennifer Cederstrom, CPP, currently serves as Global Payroll Manager at Lattice Semiconductor, where responsibilities include managing payroll for over 170 corporate employees, implementing new payroll systems, and ensuring compliance with IRS guidelines. Previously, at Peak Reliability, Jennifer held the position of Senior Accounting Payroll Administrator, overseeing payroll processes and audits while maintaining accurate accounting records. Jennifer's extensive experience also includes roles at Legend Healthcare, where as Executive Assistant to the CFO, Jennifer contributed to payroll management and corporate audits, along with initial roles in sales and administrative support. Education includes studies in English Literature at Brigham Young University and Brigham Young University–Hawaii. Proficient in multiple payroll and accounting software, Jennifer is a Certified Payroll Professional with a strong background in financial reporting and compliance.
