Rick Chen

Rick Chen currently serves as the Taiwan & SAP General Manager and VP of Sales at Lattice Semiconductor since January 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at WEIKENG INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. from November 1995 to January 2024, where Rick held multiple leadership roles, including Senior VP, responsible for sales and marketing with a team of over 100, servicing more than 600 customers in Taiwan. Additional responsibilities included recruiting talent and conducting sales training programs. Rick's educational background features an Executive Master of Business Administration from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, a Master's in Information Management from Yuan-Ze University, and a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from China University of Science and Technology.
