Rick Muscha

Rick Muscha currently serves as Vice President of Investor Relations at Lattice Semiconductor, a position held since July 2019. In this role, Rick developed and executed the company's inaugural investor relations strategy, focusing on enhancing sell-side analyst coverage and engaging prospective institutional investors. Collaboration with executive leadership involves shaping the company's narrative and ensuring consistent messaging across communications. Prior to Lattice Semiconductor, Rick was with Xilinx from 2008 to 2019, where responsibilities included Sr Director of Investor Relations and Director of Corporate Finance and Planning. Earlier career experience includes positions at Integrated Device Technology, S3 Graphics, and LSI Logic, with a solid foundation in business management and financial analysis. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from California State University, Chico.
