Aleem Uddin has extensive work experience in customer care and technical support roles. Aleem started their career as an Assistant Accountant and IT Technician at A TO Z Tax Solutions Ltd, where they handled client accounts, filled tax returns, and provided IT support. Aleem then worked as a Building Surveyor and Fire Maintenance Surveyor at ZFN Construction Consultants, where they conducted condition surveys and identified repairs and defects. Aleem also worked at O2 (Telefónica UK) as a Technical Specialist, providing technical support for various computer and mobile devices. Aleem later joined Instructure as a Technical Support Engineer and eventually became a Team Lead Technical Support Engineer. In these roles, they handled technical support queries and led a team of support engineers. Currently, Aleem is working at Lattice as a Senior Customer Care Associate, where they continue to provide customer care and support services.
Aleem Uddin obtained a Higher Education Diploma in International Business from the University of East London, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Mayfield Sixth Form from 2009 to 2011, where they achieved a B-Tec National Certificate in Business and an A-Level in Product Design. Aleem Uddin completed their secondary education at Mayfield School from 2003 to 2008, earning 9 GCSE Pass Results.
