Brian Tedford has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Brian started their career as a House Fellow Intern at Vassar College Office of Residential Life, where they worked as part of a team to foster a sense of unity among students and organize house programming events. Brian then gained experience as a Paralegal at The Law Office of Frederick R. Dettmer, where they reviewed and organized documents for multiple cases and facilitated client-attorney relationships. Brian also worked as a Collections Maintenance Assistant at Vassar College Libraries, where they focused on maintaining high standards, guiding new employees, and ensuring efficient operations.
In 2016, Brian joined Epic as a Project Manager, where they led the implementation of electronic health record software for healthcare organizations nationwide. Brian managed all aspects of the installs and guided cross-functional teams through the entire software application process.
Currently, Brian works at Lattice as a Senior Implementation Manager. Brian has played a pivotal role in growing the implementation team from 2 to 14 personnel and provided mentorship to junior members. Brian refined best practices and implementation strategies for employee performance management platforms, leading to the successful implementation and development of performance management processes for over 250 client organizations. Brian has also contributed to the launch of 3 new Lattice product add-ons.
Brian Tedford received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Vassar College between the years 2012 and 2016.
