Kelsey Poleyeff has a diverse work experience ranging from learning and development program management to leadership and development consulting. They started their career in 2014 as a retail sales clerk at The Tack Trunk and later worked as a research assistant at Miami University Family Relationships and Mood Lab. In 2016, they interned at The Gerhardt Group and also served as a fellow at Isaac and Oxley Center for Business Leadership. At Branch, starting from 2017, Kelsey held several roles including learning and development program manager, diversity and inclusion lead, and learning and development specialist. They successfully scaled the learning and development function, led diversity hiring initiatives, and designed and executed the company-wide mentorship program. In 2020, they joined The Gerhardt Group as a leadership, learning, and development consultant. Currently, since 2021, Kelsey is working at Lattice as a learning and development program manager.
Kelsey Poleyeff obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Miami University. Additionally, in July 2022, Kelsey became a LifeLabs Learning Founding Community Member, obtaining certification from LifeLabs Learning.
