Samantha Czulada-Gillespie

Samantha Czulada-Gillespie has accumulated diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Samantha currently works at Lattice as a Customer Success Manager, starting in March 2022. Before that, Samantha worked at Northpass, where they held multiple positions. From June 2021 to February 2022, they served as a Product Manager. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Manager from July 2019 to June 2021 and also briefly worked as a Customer Support Lead from April 2019 to July 2019. Additionally, Samantha gained experience as a Customer Support Specialist from November 2018 to April 2019.

Before joining Northpass, Samantha worked at KPMG as an IT Audit & Assurance Associate from June 2017 to July 2018. Samantha'searlier roles include serving as a Teaching Assistant at Rutgers University from September 2016 to May 2017, and completing an ITAA Internship at KPMG US from June 2016 to August 2016.

Samantha began their professional journey as a Notetaker at Rutgers University–New Brunswick from September 2014 to May 2015. Prior to their professional career, they worked as a Ballet Girl Swing at Billy Elliot Broadway from June 2008 to May 2010.

Samantha Czulada-Gillespie's education history begins in 2013 when they enrolled in Rutgers Business School. Samantha completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics and Information Technology in 2017. In 2020, Samantha attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and pursued a field of study in Health Coaching. Samantha obtained the Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) certification in October 2021. Additionally, Samantha has obtained several other certifications, including Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in March 2022, and Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 and Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in September 2020 and January 2021 respectively.
