Vincent Lee has extensive work experience in customer success and account management roles. Vincent started their career at Groupon in 2012, where they worked as an Account Executive for Groupon Goods until 2015. Vincent then became a Category Manager for Groupon Goods from 2015 to 2016, and later transitioned into a National Account Manager role for Retail Partnerships from 2016 to 2017. Vincent then joined Yelp in 2017 as a National Account Executive. In 2018, they joined WeWork as a Strategic Account Manager and eventually became a Senior Customer Success Manager focusing on enterprise clients until 2021.
