Prior to this role, Putzier served as Chief Operating Officer at National Health Management, Inc. from 1992 to 1999, focusing on the development and operation of Assisted Living communities. Putzier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Ohio University and an MBA in Business Administration from Robert Morris University, with additional education at LaSalle University.
