Michelle McGee is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client success and strategic account management. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Client Success at Laudio since November 2024, Michelle previously held the role of Operating Partner at The Cranemere Group from February 2022 to November 2024. Prior to that, Michelle was the Senior Vice President of Growth for Strategic Accounts at Optum from November 2017 to November 2019, and spent over two decades at The Advisory Board Company in various senior vice president roles focused on strategic accounts and customer success. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Vanderbilt University and has pursued a Master's program in Economics at The George Washington University.
