Randall Kenworthy has a diverse work experience in the advertising industry. Randall started their career as a Copywriting Intern at Tribal DDB in 2009, followed by a role as a Writer for the Meadows News Team at Southern Methodist University from 2008 to 2010. Randall then worked as a Copywriter at Launch Agency in 2010, where they wrote for clients such as Sam's Club and Smart Car.

In the same year, Kenworthy also worked as a Junior Copywriter at Kolar Advertising and as a Copywriter at Proof Advertising until 2014. Randall then joined GSD&M as a Writer from 2014 to 2015 and The Richards Group as Brand Creative from 2015 to 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, they were a Senior Copywriter at TM Advertising before becoming a Freelance Senior Copywriter at Beam Suntory from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Kenworthy is working at Laughlin Constable. Randall initially served as a Senior Copywriter from 2019 to 2021 and is now an Associate Creative Director, starting in September 2021.
