Thomas Curtes has extensive work experience in strategic planning and account planning. Thomas started their career at Starcom MediaVest Group Multicultural in 2004, where they worked as a Junior Media Planner and later advanced to the position of Communications Strategy Associate and Communications Strategy Supervisor. In 2008, they joined Jost Van Dyke Scuba as a Divemaster and Eco Tour Guide. Thomas joined Laughlin Constable in 2009 as an Account Planner and gradually progressed to the role of Senior Account Planner and then Strategic Planning Director. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Strategic Planning at Laughlin Constable.

Thomas Curtes attended Marquette University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, and a Marketing Minor.
