Previously, Jaye worked as a marketing consultant for various companies such as Tropic Breeze, Retallack Resort and Spa, and St Michael's Hotel & Spa. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Politics from the University of Bristol, Jaye has a strong background in sales and marketing, having served as the Head of Sales & Marketing at Caribtours.
