Tim Harding is a seasoned professional in government relations and public affairs, currently serving as the Head of Government Relations and Public Affairs at Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult since April 2023. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Associate Director at FleishmanHillard UK, where responsibilities included advising on political communications and managing stakeholder engagement strategies. Tim also contributed to the Department for International Trade as a Foreign Direct Investment Market Specialist for Japan and Korea, focusing on investment and exports and engaging with senior government leaders. Experience includes serving as an Economic Section Coordinator at the Embassy of Japan in the UK, and earlier roles in import/export operations and teaching English in Japan. Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of the West of England.
