Rachael Lahey

Rachael Lahey is an Apprentice Full-Stack Developer at Launch Academy, Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Rachael served as a Software QA Analyst at Wayfair from September 2015 to December 2022, where responsibilities included creating automated test plans using Cypress, conducting manual test plans with Testrail, and managing bug reports for multiple teams. Rachael also held the position of Operations Associate at Wayfair, acting as a liaison between suppliers, customers, and internal teams, while recommending process improvements and analyzing team metrics. Rachael's early experience includes working as a Laboratory Assistant at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health from January 2015 to August 2015. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from Assumption University between 2010 and 2014.
