Salim Akram

Salim Akram is an experienced Audio Engineer and Apprentice Full Stack Developer. Currently serving as an Apprentice Full Stack Developer at Launch Academy, Inc since July 2020, Salim completed an 18-week immersive bootcamp focused on MVC software development with expertise in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, React, and PostgreSQL, building two full-stack web applications through test-driven development and GitHub workflow. In addition, Salim has worked as a Monitor Engineer for Grammy Award-winning artist Billie Eilish and artist/producer FINNEAS since January 2002, earning recognition in FOH Magazine in 2019 and being nominated for the Monitor Engineer of the Year by Parnelli. Salim's educational background includes studying at The Art Institutes from 2000 to 2001.
