Danielle Leigh is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Group Manager, People at Launch Housing since February 2022, overseeing all aspects of the employee life cycle and providing strategic advisory to the Executive team on major change projects. Previously, Danielle held various roles including Manager of People and Capability at YSAS PTY LTD, where responsibilities included developing strategic HR functions and workforce planning for approximately 400 staff. Additional experience includes positions at Macquarie Group as a Talent Consultant, Australian Communications and Media Authority as a Business Partner, and contract roles at Tourism Australia and NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet. Danielle's educational background includes multiple degrees in psychology, business management, and leadership from prestigious institutions.

We are Victoria’s strongest advocate for affordable housing, and leaders of research into homelessness that influences better outcomes for the people we support, and brings lasting positive change for our community.
