Martin Serna

Martin Serna is a Junior Software Developer at LaunchWare since December 2021, contributing to consultancy efforts by producing clean, well-tested, and documented code for diverse client needs. Prior experience includes an apprenticeship as a Full-Stack Developer at Launch Academy, Inc., where Martin learned React and Ruby on Rails, and several roles at the Merrimack Valley YMCA, including Development Coordinator and Membership Coordinator. In these positions, Martin managed donor information, developed financial dashboards, and supervised a team at the Welcome Center. Martin holds a degree from Yale University and a high school diploma from Phillips Academy.
