Julien Hoppe

Julien Hoppe is a seasoned customer service professional with extensive experience in team leadership and operational management. Currently serving as the Customer Service Team Lead at Laundryheap since December 2017, Julien previously held the position of Customer Service Manager at Jinn, where responsibilities included managing dispatchers and customer service associates, and overseeing fleet operations. Prior experience also includes a supervisory role at Bagel Factory, where Julien handled daily operations and employee training, as well as a data entry position at Affoimonde focusing on website analysis and report creation for international organizations. Julien holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2010.
