Veronika Riva is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the luxury consumer goods sector. Currently serving as the Head of Sales for LAURASTAR since April 2023, Riva oversees sales operations in Switzerland, the UK, Nordics, Austria, and Italy. Prior to this role, Riva was the Head of Sales for Switzerland at The Estée Lauder Companies from January 2018 to April 2023, leading a team of 150 employees and managing key sales strategies and contract negotiations. Riva's earlier experience at HUGO BOSS spanned multiple roles, including Senior Account Executive and Global Brand Manager, where responsibilities included sales strategy optimization and training for staff in various regions. Riva holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Open University London and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Cooperative Education in Stuttgart, Germany.
