Benoit Martineau has a range of work experience in the financial industry. Benoit started their career as a Directeur Exécutif at CIBC World Markets in 1997 and held this position until 2002. Benoit then joined Desjardins as a Bond Trader from 2002 to 2005. From 2005 to 2009, Benoit worked as a Bond Trader at Penson Financial Services. Currently, they are the Vice President Fixed Income at Laurentian Bank Securities, where they are responsible for managing a team of fixed income professionals and trading and managing various bond inventories. Benoit has developed expertise in electronic bond trading systems and serves as a risk manager for several Fixed Income portfolios.
Benoit Martineau completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Finance at HEC Montréal from 1992 to 1997.
