Dinesh Kumar R

Dinesh Kumar R serves as the National Sales Head at L&T Electrical & Automation, a unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd., since January 2019. Previously, Dinesh held various leadership roles at Legrand (India) from April 2006 to May 2018, including Regional Head - West for Indoasian, where significant contributions led to 40% of the annual business with a team of 65 personnel. Dinesh also excelled as National Retail Manager, achieving a threefold increase in annual sales, and as Retail Manager, managing operations across central regions. Dinesh began the career as a Sales Officer in multiple organizations, establishing a solid foundation in sales and retail management. Academically, Dinesh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bharathidasan University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Srinivasa Polytechnic College.
