Soumya Bagchi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the electrical and automation industry, currently serving as the Business Head for MV Equipment at Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation since September 2020. Soumya's leadership encompasses front-end sales, service, R&D, application engineering, and P&L management, overseeing operations across various locations in India. Prior roles at Lauritz Knudsen include Director positions in Contract Management and Customer Project Office, focusing on contract portfolio management and SIOP activities. Soumya's career also includes significant contributions to Larsen & Toubro, where tenures ranged from Joint General Manager of Project Execution to Deputy General Manager in Design & Engineering, driving project delivery and operational excellence. Soumya holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University and has pursued advanced leadership training at prestigious institutions such as INSEAD and the University of Michigan.
