Vivien Lee possesses a robust background in human resources and people management, currently serving as a People & Culture Adviser at Lavan since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a People and Culture Advisor at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from September 2019 to August 2021, and various positions at Peet Limited, including Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Administrator, from February 2017 to September 2019. Earlier experience at Aesop Head Office involved roles as a Recruitment Coordinator and Retail Consultant from 2013 to 2016. Vivien holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Curtin University, earned between 2011 and 2014.
