Gloria Bagdadli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing, operations, and retail management in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Global Retailing Director at Lavazza Group since January 2014, Gloria oversees the company’s coffee shop business globally, managing marketing, operations, and development across 12 countries with 100 points of sale, including the flagship store in Milan and the new London opening in 2021. Prior roles include Marketing and Purchasing Retail Manager at Autogrill, where Gloria managed a €600 million business, and various management positions focused on marketing and operations development. A graduate of Università Luigi Bocconi with a degree in Business Administration, Gloria has also completed high-level training for listed companies and coaching programs to further enhance managerial skills.
