Yoan Lavergne is an accomplished business leader with significant experience in marketing and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Marketing Director at Lavergne since July 2018, Yoan has successfully elevated the company's presence in the global plastics recycling industry. Prior to this role, Yoan founded Kioui, a platform aimed at connecting students with employers, from June 2016 to August 2018. Additionally, Yoan contributed to ERA Group as a Continuous Improvement Specialist in 2015-2016, where responsibilities included building an offshore programming team and enhancing multi-departmental processes. Yoan holds a degree from Concordia University, completed between 2014 and 2017.
