Ian Messer has a work experience that includes being the Director of Financial Compliance at The Law Society of Scotland since October 2008, and previously the Chief Internal Auditor at NHS Lothian/NHS Borders from 2003 to 2008.
Ian Messer attended Earlston High School for an unknown period of time. Afterward, they enrolled at The University of Edinburgh, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business Studies & Accounting. In 1991, they obtained the certification of Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
