Tommy Sutton has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Tommy started their career in 2006 as a Sales Assistant at Games Stores Group LTD. Tommy then worked as an Assistant Media Technician at Ryburn Valley High School, where they assisted teachers with AV equipment usage and collaborated on media projects. Tommy continued their education and joined the University of Huddersfield as an Audio Technician, managing the setup and operation of the Huddersfield Immersive Speaker System for the university's music festivals.
After completing their education, Tommy held various positions in the audio and tech field. Tommy worked at Calrec Audio Ltd as a Product Test Engineer and later as a Senior Product Test Engineer. Tommy then joined PHABRIX Ltd as a Senior Automated Test Engineer. Tommy's next role was at Auro Technologies N.V. as a Test and Validation Engineer. Their most recent position is at Lawo, where they started as a Senior QA Engineer and currently serves as a Technical Lead QA Engineer.
Tommy Sutton studied Music Performance at Blackburn College from 2005 to 2007. Tommy then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Technology (2:1) from The University of Huddersfield, completing their studies between 2007 and 2011.
