Alison Cramer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and operational management. Currently serving as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Lawrence & Hanson since July 2020, Alison has previously held key positions at McMillan Shakespeare as a Finance Manager and QBE Insurance as an Operations Manager. At General Motors, a prominent tenure from 2001 to 2018 involved various roles, including Commercial Finance Manager for Aftersales and Company Vehicle Operations, where strategic business partnership and financial modeling were emphasized. Alison's foundational engineering background, complemented by an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from RMIT University, supports a robust analytical skill set.
