Cameron Harr

Cameron Harr is an experienced HPC Systems Engineer at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory since June 2014. Previously, Cameron served as a Systems Analyst and NPP Project Lead at SAIC, focusing on optimizing Numerical Weather Prediction applications for the US Navy and leading the next-gen NPOESS/NPP weather satellite system project. Cameron's background includes roles as an Applications Engineer at Fusion-io, where the focus was on developing high-performance network-attached storage solutions, and Product Management Engineer at Linux Networx Inc., providing technical expertise in storage products and high-performance computing. Cameron's early career included positions as an Applications Engineer and Technical Support Engineer, reinforcing a strong technical foundation. Cameron holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University.
