Caroline Turner

Caroline Turner is currently serving as the Lead Counselor for Lawrence Public Schools since September 2024, overseeing students and counseling staff while enhancing behavioral and mental health supports across grades PK-12. Previously, Turner worked as an Independent Contractor for Conventures, Inc., and held the role of Director of On Tour Support at EF Education First, managing crisis responses for K-12 school trip programming. Turner has also been recognized with a SEPAC award during the tenure as LTS School Counselor at Concord Public Schools and has extensive experience as a school counselor across multiple institutions, including NYC Department of Education and Challenge Preparatory Charter School. Turner holds a Master's Degree in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from UCLA.
