Ty Dlugozima

Ty Dlugozima serves as the Director of Tech & Design at Lax.com since April 2022, where responsibilities include the strategic development and leadership of a comprehensive digital platform aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer service. Before this role, Ty was a Creative Director, leading creative and tech strategies to produce impactful products. Since co-founding ZimaGear in 2010, which was acquired by Lax.com in May 2022, Ty has focused on democratizing well-designed sports apparel. Additionally, Ty operates as a Freelance Creative Director at Bespoke Goods LLC, managing creative asset production and brand development. Education includes a high school diploma from Wesley Chapel High School, obtained in 2011.
