Ana Bapa

Ana Bapa has extensive experience in project management and customer service, currently serving as Gerente de projetos and Coordenador de atendimento ao cliente at Layer Up since March 2022. Responsibilities include managing major retail and e-commerce accounts, overseeing two squads, and analyzing metrics and results. Previously, Ana held the position of Gerente de projetos at Instituto Ventre Coração from October 2021 to January 2022, where project planning and team management were key roles. At Agência 4tuna, from October 2020 to August 2021, Ana focused on marketing strategy and management. Earlier experience includes roles at EF English Live Brasil, covering customer service and critical feedback channels. Ana is pursuing a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Gestão de Projetos at Uniamérica and holds a degree in Marketing from the same institution. Additionally, Ana has academic qualifications in Public Policy Management from USP and ETEC.
